Fonds marins de la Méditerranée
- 70 x 88 cm
When it comes to the promise of crystal-clear waters in the Mediterranean Sea, the reality is just as good as you could imagine. But why? Why is the Mediterranean so perfectly blue in colour? The answer is relatively simple and lies in the scientific make-up of the water itself. Imagine a brand spanking new white shirt – never worn and never washed. If it stays unused, it will stay perfectly white in colour. Well, the Mediterranean Sea is a little similar. It is lacking in a number of nutrients that lead to plant growth in other seas and oceans (causing that more familiar green-brown color that is so unattractive), and as such it retains its wonderful blue hue.

Le coeur de la fleur
- 130 x 131 cm
Le coeur de la fleur, "The heart of the flower", is the female part of the flower at the center where the nectar lays. Love is the flower you've got to let grow. And where flowers bloom, so does hope. La vie en rose ;)

The Balearic Islands are an archipelago of eastern Spain, in the Mediterranean. Mallorca (Majorca), the largest island, is known for its beaches, scenic coastline and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains to the north. Palma, the capital city, is known for its Gothic cathedral with an altar canopy by modern architect Antoni Gaudí, and Almudaina, a Moorish royal palace. Colors of strength, stillness, serenity. Blue, turquoise, movement, rhythm. A visually changing story. Mallorca (Majorca) is one of Spain's Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean. It's known for beach resorts, sheltered coves, limestone mountains and Roman and Moorish remains. Capital Palma has nightlife, the Moorish Almudaina royal palace and 13th-century Santa María Cathedral. Stone-built villages include Pollença, with its art galleries and music festival, and hillside Fornalutx, surrounded by citrus plantations.
