Someone once told me a story I'll never forget, a very useful story to carry in life. Imagine you are in a organized, peaceful Japanese garden, it is mesmerizing by its beauty and harmony. But suddenly while you walk, you see a disturbing pile of waste, right there, on the white pebbles in the middle of your path... Yes, an unexpected disappointing scene. Right there comes the question: either you choose to focus on that useless waste and get more and more frustrated about the situation, OR you can keep your lovely walk going with your mind in the harmonious garden. This can be applied to life, anytime, anywhere, where big decisions are not involved, but rather for the small insignificant obstacles we don't need to spend energy on. I hope it helps you, as it is helping me.
